Common questions
Do you charge per payment application?
No — never. Every plan is a flat subscription. Unlike some tools, you're never charged a fee just to submit a claim or get paid.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card up front: you only add payment details if you decide to carry on.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Annual billing saves you two months.
I was a beta tester — what happens to my account?
Nothing is lost and nothing is charged without you choosing it. Your 14-day free trial starts from launch day (not from when you signed up), so you have a fresh two weeks of full access to pick the plan that suits you. All your projects and data stay exactly as they are.
Is my data secure and private?
Your data is yours. It's stored securely, kept private to your account, and is never used to train AI models.
What do the monthly AI allowances cover?
Contract reading, line-by-line AfP reviews, CIS reconciliation, cost-plan benchmarking and the assistant. Manual entry and documents are always unlimited.
What if my practice has more than 5 people?
More than five is fine — contact hello@paycycle.uk and we'll sort a plan that fits; small overages are easy, and you'll never be charged per seat behind your back.
